There are many requirements of a landlord to their tenants.  We know all about them and the potentially hefty fines if they’re ignored. So, we can make sure gas and electrical appliances are thoroughly checked, along with furniture and
fittings, to ensure they continue to meet these obligations.

Tenancy Deposit Solutions Scheme
At the end of the tenancy, you want to avoid any disagreements over deposit refunds. We’re members of the Tenancy Deposit Resolution Scheme so that any dispute can be resolved independently.

If you’re looking to let your property, here’s something to consider. As a general rule, tenants prefer the peace of mind that comes with renting managed properties, and many relocation companies and corporate tenants will insist on it.

Gas and electricity accounts
Looking after utility bills is all part of the service too.  We’ll get the meters read at the start and end of our management, and request final statements, so that settling up is always perfectly simple and straightforward. 

You’ll always know what’s going on with your investments
Communication is a vital part of effective property management. After all, it’s about knowing your property is in the safest possible hands – and our regular contact ensures this 100%.

Periodic Property Inspections
We periodically arrange for your property to be inspected.  We then put together a detailed report so you’re aware of your property’s condition - and if we think there are any area that need attention, we’ll recommend them to you.  Because if you look after the property it will look after you.

Detailed statements
You’ll never be wanting for information. We send out statements every quarter that tell you everything you’ll need to know, from rents received to any tax information that may be relevant.  You can choose to receive this in a format that’s most convenient – whether via email, online or through the post.

You can leave repairs and maintenance to us
Although you have responsibilities towards your tenant, you don’t want to be trying to find a carpenter, locksmith plumber or electrician at all hours of the day. With our extensive contacts, it’s far simpler to leave it to us!

General repairs
Our experience of property management is second to none. This extends to competitively priced contractors who provide a quality service. We can also deal with problems quickly. So, once it’s been reported, we’ll sort it out as soon as is reasonably possible. Repairs which are attended to quickly and efficiently are beneficial for both Tenant and Landlord.

24/7 emergency repair service
It’s in everybody’s interests to sort out more urgent problems straight away. That’s why we operate an emergency service, which allows the tenant to turn to us for help, 24 hours a day. After all, the sooner we know about the problem, the sooner we can fix it.
